About Visorynt

A young company with a very specific obsession.

We started Visorynt because we kept watching skilled people lose hours to work that a good system should handle — typing up what they just did, hunting for an answer someone already knew, re-entering the same data into a third screen. We build the systems that give those hours back.

01 — Mission

Give skilled people their time back.

The people who actually do the work — the technician at the panel, the inspector on site, the engineer in the meeting — are the ones buried in admin. Our mission is to take the recording, writing and re-typing off their plate so they can spend their time on the part only a human can do.

We're not trying to replace anyone. We're trying to make one good person's day feel like they had an assistant walking beside them.

The problems we set out to solve

  • Expert knowledge trapped in a few heads and unsearchable documents
  • Skilled hours lost to typing up work that was just done by hand
  • Data re-keyed between systems that were never taught to talk
  • Decisions and details from the field that never make it back to the office
02 — Vision

A workplace where the system already knows what just happened.

We think the next real shift in work isn't another dashboard to check — it's software that sees and hears the actual job, understands it, and quietly does the paperwork, the lookups and the handoffs on its own. Smart glasses are simply the first place that becomes possible, because they sit exactly where the work happens.

Where we're headed: any process that today depends on someone remembering to write it down should, in a few years, capture and complete itself — with a person in control, not out of the loop.

03 — Principles

How we work, in six lines.

These aren't poster slogans — they're the rules we actually use to decide what to build and how to run a project.

01

Start from the process, not the product

We don't arrive with a fixed tool looking for a use. We watch how the work actually happens first, then build the smallest thing that changes it.

02

Prove it in a pilot before we scale it

Every engagement starts small and measurable. If it doesn't earn its place on a real team, we'd rather find out in weeks than sell you a year of it.

03

A person stays in control

The system drafts, suggests and prepares. A human approves anything that matters. We design for trust, not for taking people out of the loop.

04

Honest about what we can and can't do

We'd rather tell you where the edge of the technology is than oversell it. A pilot that fails quietly costs everyone more than a straight 'not yet'.

05

Measured in hours and errors, not features

Success isn't how clever the demo looks. It's whether a shift got shorter and the paperwork got more accurate. That's the number we chase.

06

Careful with what we capture

We keep the result, not the raw footage, wherever we can. Sensitive recordings are handled deliberately, because the work happens in real, private places.

04 — Leadership

Small, senior, and close to the work.

We're a small founding team — and at this stage, that's the point. When you work with Visorynt, you work directly with the people building the system, not an account layer between you and them. We'll grow deliberately, adding people as real projects call for them.

Product & AI systems

Builds the core: the on-device capture, the models that turn what's seen and said into structured work, and the integrations into customer systems.

Founder & Delivery

Process & customer projects

Sits with customers to map the real process, scopes the pilot, and makes sure what we ship actually shortens a shift rather than adding a screen.

We're keeping names and titles light here on purpose while we're early. On a call we're happy to introduce ourselves properly, walk you through our backgrounds, and tell you exactly who would be on your project.

05 — Technology & partners

We don't reinvent the wheel — we assemble the right one.

Our value isn't owning a single piece of technology. It's knowing how to combine proven hardware, models and enterprise systems into something that fits your process. We stay independent so we can pick what's genuinely best for the job.

Smart-glasses hardware

We build hardware-independent and choose the device per job — from enterprise glasses to rugged headsets — rather than locking you to one vendor.

AI model providers

We use leading foundation models through providers that contractually don't train on your data, and run smaller models on-device where privacy or latency demands it.

On-device · private cloud · leading LLM APIs

Enterprise systems

The output has to land where your business already runs. We integrate with the ERP, CRM and document systems your teams use every day.

06 — Careers

Early enough to shape it.

We're small and hiring slowly, but if building AI systems that touch the real, physical world sounds like your kind of problem, we'd like to hear from you. Joining now means real ownership and a direct line to how the company is built.

No formal opening that fits you? Send a short note anyway — we read every one.

07 — Contact

The best next step is a conversation.

Whether you have a process in mind, a question about how this would work, or you just want to see it running — reach out. You'll talk to someone who can actually answer, not a queue.
